Jeremiah Talan Pope 12-15-09--7.9lbs 20in

Every parent wonders how in the world you are going to have enough love to go around for each child. The same fear arose this time, even though I knew the love would somehow be there. I cannot say or express how much I love this little man already! Not only that but every other member of my family loves him as if he has always been around. He is such a wonderful, amazing blessing and not a moment has gone by since Dec. 15th (even before) that I have not thanked my very generous Lord for all that He has given me! What a wonderful Christmas gift!So here is a brief glimpse into Jeremiah's arrival and our time with him!
It all started Monday the 14th when my Dr. decided to help push me along a bit in the offiice. She said "if you are ready then this will do it, and if your not then it may be a while." Well needless to say, I was ready! I continued to contract all day with things just progressing. Jason and I spent the evening and late into the night cleaning up the house, packing bags and timing contractions. We ended up going to the hospital at about 4:00 am Tuesday morning. I was dialated to a 5 or 6, got my epidural about an hour and a half later, and at 9:42 am Jason brought our baby Jeremiah into the world! Now let the journey begin!
The epidural is working b/c the contractions were off the grid and I was able to still smile! :)

Epidurals are so GOOD!

Mom at some very early hour, patiently waiting!

IT'S TIME!!
You know I had no idea what it was going to be like with Jason delivering Jeremiah! Well the only thing to describe it is....AMAZING! It was so special! He did an awesome job and was so calm and gentle. I looked up through all the pain of pushing and saw my husband there all "gowned up" with all his doctor stuff, looking all professional but looking so loving and fatherly at the same time. I could not help but break down! Thank you Lord for such an amazing experience with my husband.

Fall Festival at the Church. Cant really tell but I had crazy black and orange polka dot eye lashes on. Jason went as Jonas' bull! Jonas kept tell him "I dont like the cow"
I left out the pics that jas took of me trying to get down next to Jake. haha, it was a process...this belly feels HUGE!
He worked and worked and worked on his...he kept drawing on it and wanted us to cut out his ears, hair, etc...there would have been nothing left!!
Nice work Jake
Jonas was so very proud of his work!
Tucker loves pumkin! He couldnt keep his his nose out of the boys pumkins!
Jake and his class on their way to sing at a nursing home and hit mcdonalds! Arent they cute!
Cowboy Jonas
Punk rocker Jake...the girls are aww struck! haha

Jason helped me make my 'lil punkin' shirt!
jake loved wearing this owl mask. He would sit in the car and wear it, I can only imagine how freaky it looked to another car...a little creepy!
Jake picked a pumkin out right away and then headed back to the tractor...he was done! You could take what ever you could carry so the rest of us were on the search for that perfect pumpkin or 2!
Jonas found his!
The boys and their friends!
