We are back in our hometown. Roswell is treating us good so far. Jason is in his frist year of residency in Albuquerque. The boys and I are keeping ourselves busy this year and missing him so much! I am working as the director of the daycare in our church, it is a big job and it keeps me very busy! Jake is 4 and Jonas is 2 and they are growing so fast turning into such wonderfully energetic individuals. God Bless to all!

Jeremiah Talan Pope 12-15-09--7.9lbs 20in
Every parent wonders how in the world you are going to have enough love to go around for each child. The same fear arose this time, even though I knew the love would somehow be there. I cannot say or express how much I love this little man already! Not only that but every other member of my family loves him as if he has always been around. He is such a wonderful, amazing blessing and not a moment has gone by since Dec. 15th (even before) that I have not thanked my very generous Lord for all that He has given me! What a wonderful Christmas gift!So here is a brief glimpse into Jeremiah's arrival and our time with him!
It all started Monday the 14th when my Dr. decided to help push me along a bit in the offiice. She said "if you are ready then this will do it, and if your not then it may be a while." Well needless to say, I was ready! I continued to contract all day with things just progressing. Jason and I spent the evening and late into the night cleaning up the house, packing bags and timing contractions. We ended up going to the hospital at about 4:00 am Tuesday morning. I was dialated to a 5 or 6, got my epidural about an hour and a half later, and at 9:42 am Jason brought our baby Jeremiah into the world! Now let the journey begin!
Epidurals are so GOOD!
Mom at some very early hour, patiently waiting!
